B8ak is an smartphone app-based home maintenance delivery company recently established in Saudi Arabia. We will allow users to order home maintenance services (Electrician, Plumber, Handymen, AC Technicians .. etc) conveniently with only few clicks on our app. We are a very ambitious startup that is scheduled for launch in Q1/Q2 of 2015. Our aim to provide high quality and convenient home maintenance service first in Al-Khobar city; then, expand to Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah cities and nearby countries.

You will be joining the company in its early days as you will be playing a major role in ensuring business quality, growth and expansion.

Our mission is to re-shape the home maintenance market in the Gulf Region and to be a well-known leader in home maintenance services.

Operations Manager

Location:   Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Time:   Full-Time.


As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring implementation of B8ak Service Provider standards to ensure quality service is delivered to our customers.
  • Working closely with the B8ak founders to further develop existing standards for better quality control.
  • Finding qualified service provider partners to deliver the services ordered via B8ak app.
  • Holding training workshops for new service provider to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Managing B8ak app orders workflow by validating customer submittals before approval by Service Providers
  • Receiving and managing customer complaints and re-solving them in order to obtain full-customer satisfaction towards our services.
  • Managing local regulations and processing various government regulations needed for continuing and expanding the business.
  • Being a core team member for developing business strategies.


  • High school degree as minimum. A 2-year diploma degree is preferred and we do accept university graduates.
  • Outstanding communication and intrapersonal skills.
  • Being flexible, open-minded for new ideas and tackling day-to-day issues with a mind-set of getting things done fast and on-time.
  • Proven management skills (from past experience or during the 3-month testing period)
  • Native in Arabic with good English.
